Emergency Home Backup Power
Keep your essentials powered during outages. The Anvil PowerStack provides portable emergency backup that charges in just 37 minutes and delivers reliable power when you need it most.
Perfect For
How Emergency Backup Works
The Anvil PowerStack is a portable power reservoir that you can deploy anywhere in your home during an emergency. Simply charge it from solar (as fast as 37 minutes), from the grid, or from a generator—then use the ForgeLink connector system to power your critical loads.
Unlike permanent installations, the Anvil PowerStack is stackable and relocatable. Move it where you need it. Store it in the garage. Take it camping between emergencies. It's ready when you need it, wherever you need it.
The ForgeLink System includes connectors for 120V or 240V DC to AC inverters, letting you power refrigerators, medical equipment, lights, phones, and other essentials during an outage.
Sizing Your System
Choosing the right PowerStack size depends on what you need to power and for how long. For critical loads only (refrigerator, lights, phone chargers, medical devices), a single PowerCore provides hours of runtime. For extended outages or more loads, stack multiple units or choose the PowerPro or PowerMax.
A quick sizing rule: add up the wattage of appliances you want to power, multiply by the hours of runtime you need, and choose a PowerStack with at least that capacity. Our team can help you calculate exact requirements during a consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add more batteries later?
Yes. The modular design lets you stack PowerStack units anytime. Use the ForgeRail parallel bus system to connect multiple units for more capacity.
How fast can it charge from solar?
With massive solar input capability, the Anvil PowerStack can charge in as little as 37 minutes under optimal conditions.
What happens when batteries are empty?
The system safely shuts down to protect the batteries. With solar panels, it will begin recharging at sunrise and restore power as capacity allows.
Do I need solar panels?
No. The PowerStack can charge from the grid or a generator. However, solar panels provide free recharging and true energy independence during extended outages.
Is it truly portable?
Yes. The marine grade alloy shell is built for durability and the stackable design means you can move units where you need them.
